The hotel exceeded our expectations with a spacious three-room apartment, great staff, and a classy restaurant with reasonable prices. The location in downtown was perfect and the parking area was large and convenient.
Felt very welcome, no complaints.

The hotel's elegant and ornate decorations reminded me of a bygone era, bringing a sense of nostalgia and charm. The lobby and common areas were tastefully furnished, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for seniors like myself. The hotel's location in the center of Ostrava made it easily accessible for senior people, with convenient access to road No 58.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially considering the needs of senior guests. A little extra attention and understanding from the young ones working there would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for senior people like me.

The Hotel is situated right in the city center.
Noice and flashing lights disturbing at night, curtains could not cover windows completely.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Ostrava and I was extremely impressed. The location in the city center was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the main attractions. The staff at the reception desk, Maria and Jan, were friendly and provided excellent service in ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were modern and clean, with comfortable beds and fine bathrooms. I also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room safe. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool and sauna, which added to the overall luxurious experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this venue.

the location is nice
As a business level of hotel, it is really bad for no WIFI connection in the room and no WIFI in the public area or lobby either. Room is a bit dark.

Had a great Easter weekend stay at a clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The free Wi-Fi and friendly staff were a plus. the restaurant had a variety of tasty menu options.
Although the room was clean, it was small, and some areas of the hotel felt outdated. There were extra charges for parking and internet, and there was no late-night dining or bar options.
